OUR  PROCESS

Every engagement is different, but we'll always begin the journey with a Discovery session, followed by a Brand Strategy Workshop.

PHASE I : Discovery

The discovery session is to get to know you, and your business. We’ll dig deep to find your brand purpose – the “why” beyond making a profit. (This, combined with the other aspects that we’ll comb through during the strategy workshops will guide us in building a brand your hotel deserves.)

PHASE II : Brand Strategy

We will go an expedition to activate + integrate your purpose, vision, mission and core values; and to discover and get to know your tribe – your employees and your customers… who they are, who they dream of becoming, what their pain points are, and how we can empower them.

With radical differentiation, we'll position your hotel in a unique space that is in alignment with your purpose, and which places you in the hearts and minds of your tribe, by being the one and only.

We’ll create a relatable brand with personality, and chart a roadmap for your business and brand goals, and get you from where you are today (whether you're a brand new hotel, or seeking a rebrand), to where you want to be.

PHASE III : Experiencescape

We will map out the macro-experiences of your hotel, and zoom into the micro-experiences of each one, breaking down and perfecting the different phases of activation, anticipation, participation and reflection.

PHASE IV : Brand Identity Design

Once we’ve identified the brand voice, tone and messaging, we can then move forward with the visual component of your marketing collaterals, including logo, website, social media templates, and any visual brand collaterals you might need.
